The Inspection Department will accept exterior reports on properties within the City of Sheboygan. To file a complaint you must have the address of the property where the violation exists. When making a description of what's wrong, please be specific.

Nuisance complaints will not be responded to if...
       •    specific address is not valid
       •    information given is general; not detailed.  (ie. This neighborhood is a dump!)

The name and telephone number of the person submitting the complaint is required in order to obtain additional information if needed or to clarify information submitted.  Thank you.
