SECOND PORTION OF PAYMENT – PROPERTY TAXES
All second portion of the property tax payments due July 31, 2012 and are to be paid at the Sheboygan County Treasurer’s Office, 508 New York Avenue, Sheboygan.

Functions
The Finance Department oversees all of the city’s financial functions. These include: the collection, disbursement and accounting of all monies received in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles; the investment of cash balances; the development and administration of operating and capital improvement budgets; the administration of a centralized purchasing system; business license; parking ticket administration; the development of various rate and fee studies; the issuance of new debt instruments, delinquent personal property taxes, special assessment payments, dog & cat license registration fees, housing rehabilitation loan payments, business development loan payments.
