Job duties and responsibilities:

Conduct case assessment, interview third parties

Research, write and complete legal documents, pleadings and memoranda

Draft correspondence, and Court Policy and Procedures

File pleadings in circuit court for transcript of judgment, jury demand, and appeal

Assist parties and witnesses at hearings and on trial dates

Enter case data and updates



Currently enrolled in college or a paralegal program
