Redevelopment Authority

The Redevelopment Authority (RDA) is to eliminate blighting conditions that inhibit neighborhood reinvestment, to foster and promote business expansion and job creation, and to facilitate new business and housing development. The RDA also manages the Riverfront and South Pier properties.
